{"id":33404,"date":"2018-02-16T13:41:10","date_gmt":"2018-02-16T12:41:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.icaib.org\/?p=33404"},"modified":"2018-03-05T11:03:10","modified_gmt":"2018-03-05T10:03:10","slug":"avis-important-els-pagaments-del-torn-dofici-i-ald-passen-a-ser-mensuals","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.icaib.org\/ca\/avis-important-els-pagaments-del-torn-dofici-i-ald-passen-a-ser-mensuals\/","title":{"rendered":"AV\u00cdS IMPORTANT.- Els pagaments del Torn d&#8217;Ofici i ALD passen a ser mensuals"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Gr\u00e0cies a les gestions que ha duit a terme l\u2019Advocacia Espanyola, el Ministeri de Just\u00edcia ha aprovat modificar el sistema de pagament del torn d&#8217;ofici i ALD, que a partir del mes de mar\u00e7 de 2018 ser\u00e0 mensual, en lloc de trimestral com fins ara.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00f2 suposa que els advocats poden justificar mensualment els assumptes del torn d&#8217;ofici a la seva fitxa personal del SIGA.
